We are here to help and so we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that you may have with regards to the use of our website.

1. What's this ah?

The CNY booking platform is created to help you efficiently schedule your guests (up to 8 pax each day, huat ah) for all 15 days of CNY, all in one place! First come, first served. So must kiasu a bit!

Remove the headache of managing all 10 family group chats, and just use this lah. Create an account and start hosting your first party!

Disclaimer: This booking platform is created in line with the new COVID-19 measures, so each household can only receive up to 8 unique visitors per day. Don't gey kiang ah!

2. How to use ah?

AS A HOST

Step 1: Register An Account
Step 2: Click on "Create An Event" and share details on your open house. You will need to create seperate events for every day, so pls confirm when you're ready for guest!
Step 3: Share the unique Event Link to your family and friends on WA. Telegram, FB.
Step 4: Receive updates once your guests have RSVP-ed and view your CNY schedule on the "Manage My CNY Schedule" page

You’ll also be able to RSVP to other events! Should you have any last minute plans, you can also edit or cancel your event but remember to inform your guests ok!

AS A GUEST

You are able to use the platform with or without an account. With an account you will be able to create events and also manage your entire CNY schedule, as well as receive EDM reminders - FOR FREE!

Step 1: RSVP on the date and time that you’re available.
Step 2: Receive a confirmation receipt, screenshot and save it to your cal~
Step 3: Get dressed and ready to collect your angbao!

3. Why must I create an account?

Boss, if you want to host an event, you need to open table account so that you can keep track of your guestlist. As a guest, you also get to receive updates if the host suddenly change his mind one. Don't worry, your email is only for the purpose of the booking platform, no ads!

4. Must pay anot?

It's FREE for everyone aka the only F-word we love. So invite your mother, father, uncle, auntie, cousin, niece, your kaki kias, your choir mates, your tuition teacher, whoever lah. Somemore no need to queue!

But remember up to 8 pax a day hor.

5. How to create an event?

Why never say earlier? Click on "Create An Event".

Then fill in the details of your event: (1) Event Name, (2) Description - this can include your address, the dress theme, or what they need to bring apart from their new gf, (3) Date of Event, and (4) Opening Hours - unless you ok to not sleep.

When you're done, click on "Create My Event" and you’re done liao! Share the unique link with your family and kakis. Tell them first come, first served hor.

6. I got more than 1 event. How ah?

Wah you damn happeningzxc! Currently, you can only select 1x day for each event. But no problem - if you wish to create multiple events, we’ll require you to go back to your Dashboard and create another event that falls on another day (same goes for your 3rd, 4th, 5th event).

7. Can I add my address?

Of course! You may add your address in the 'Description' section while creating an event. You can also add any chapalang information you want your guests to know there.

8. I want to invite more people, how sia?

Simple! Go to Manage My CNY Schedule, click on the "Share" button and spread the word out on WA, Telegram, FB. This link is unique to your account so your friends can view all your kickass parties.

9. How to RSVP to an event?

Step 1: RSVP on the date and time that you're available.
Step 2: Receive a confirmation receipt, screenshot and save it to your cal~

10. How to cancel or edit an event?

Firstly, you need to be logged into your account! As host, you get to update your event in case you last minute need to run errand. Give you chance a bit. Head to Manage My CNY Schedule > My Events > Select Date Of The Event > then click on the pencil/edit button. You'll be able to edit or cancel the event!

Remember to update your guests who’s RSVP-ed in case they missed the memo lah. Must be a good host ok!

11. Can I remove people from my guest list?

As a host, you can remove people from your guestlist. Just head to Manage My CNY Schedule > My Events > Select Date Of The Event > Click on the Arrow to expand the guestlist > Click on the Delete button for the guest who which to cancel.

Please hor, be a good host and let them know beforehand!

12. Can I un-RSVP from an event?

You can only cancel your RSVP if you have an account. If not, please let your host know ASAP that you have to pangseh.

13. What will my personal information be used for?

Don’t worry, we follow law by law de ok!

All information collected by the CSR Booking Platform will be for the sole purpose of sending you updates and reminders for your event. It is also protected under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can double check it here.

14. Who did this?
